I also loved the location on the edge of the city, near the mountains and the river - nice walk into town. I also had a late bus, and was allowed to keep the room until later, which made everything so easy!

The rooftop pool was small but nice and gave good views of the surrounding scenery.

Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas). There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!) The staff was wonderful and the service great.
