Set on a white sand beach, the Popa Paradise Beach Resort features a beach bar, swimming pool and yoga studio. This adults-only island property offers free transfers from Bocas del Toro Airport. We had a lovely stay at Popa Paradise, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place (outside the mouse of Bocas Town) that’s the place to go! The hosts, Vince and Rosie, are very friendly and welcoming. Food was great (a bit less options for vegetarians though), but if you eat fish and meat, you will enjoy it a lot!

Set in Bocas del Toro, Konsenda Bocas del Toro offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with sea or mountain views. Staying at Konsenda lodge a highlight of our Central America tour. The stay was extremely unique, off the beaten track and away from the tourist trail we stayed in a beautiful eco lodge which was built into the jungle landscape, waking up here to the sights and sounds of nature was incredible. Even when we were in bed we felt a deep connection to the outdoors. The hosts were amazing, we enjoyed jungle trekking in a extremely bio diverse landscape with experts teaching us about the nature of this incredible place, Abel was able to point out many sloths in their natural landscape as well as many frogs, we also learned about the forest. For us this encapsulated everything we wanted from visiting the Bocis Del Toro.
