The Golden Frog Inn tilbyr innkvartering med en restaurant, kostnadsfrie sykler, et utendørsbasseng og en bar i Valle de Anton. Breakfast was satisfying, Room was clean, spacious and i loved the private porch and hammock dedicated to each room. After my morning run, i mentioned i was tired and dirty and the staff brought my breakfast to the porch for me. The Inn is a bit far from the main street (it is walkable but a short taxi ride away)

Just one block off of the main strip in El Valle, it’s lovely and much quieter, but still walking distance to the butterfly sanctuary, the geothermal springs, and the downtown restaurants and shops. Cute little pool in the back, hammocks all over, and a yard that has a bunch of spots to sit and chill or order food/drinks- it was a fantastic place to stay!

Casa Guardia Panamá is located next to the beach in El Farallón de Chirú, 140 kms from Panamá City. At Casa Guardia you can choose between rooms, suites and the entire villa. Tony's attention was excellent, he offered to upgrade our room to a nicer space so we were more than confortable there. Dinner at the restaurant with them was really nice, Tony played some music , food was delicious. Our evening could not have been better there! And of course, the breakfast had everything we could have asked for, delicious.

Casa Morada in Antón has 4-star accommodation with a garden. The hotel also features free WiFi and free private parking. We had a perfect stay in Casa Morada. The house is new. The room was big and comfortable, Very clean. Hot water. Comfortable bed. The host was always very nice and gave us great suggestions for hike and restaurants. Very well located in the city. The windows had no mosquitoes net, the host said he could install it (they are removable) but it wasn't needed, we had no problem with mosquitoes (in August)

Refugio Cariguana has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Valle de Anton. The accommodation features room service, and organising tours for guests. Very charming and tucked away. The grounds were well cared for and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It felt like a weekend with friends! Breakfast was good and relaxing in the hammock in the evening and morning was incredibly relaxing.

Residencial El Valle is located in Valle de Anton. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The owner is so nice! Gave me lots of information and showed me few rooms. My room was basic but cozy and very clean. The hammocks on the second floor with the view made my stay perfect. Place to relax and enjoy some quiet time after a hike. Lots of restaurants and super markets downstairs and in front of the hotel. Nice location. Bus station.
