This modern hotel is located in the Panamanian city of David, just 3 minutes’ walk from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park. It offers a fitness centre, a sauna and an outdoor pool. We stay at the Hotel de Ciudad David every time we visit David. The staff are always extremely friendly and professional, the breakfast is great and my kids love the pool. It is in an extremely central location, easily able to get a taxi if you want to explore further afield.

Hotel City Plaza & Suites in David has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Staff were great, and really were vested in making sure you had everything needed. Room was bright and cozy. David is not a place for tourists really, but we were forced to stay due to road closures and unrest.

Brian and Dyanara were super lovely hosts. Always smiling and giving amazing recommendations what to do in the area. Our bungalow was spacious and had all we could ask for. You could choose between different breakfast options too, so everyone could find something. And not to forget they left the kitchen open for us to have breakfast as we came back late from a tour, which was super nice. Additionally, it was very tasty! Would everyone recommend choosing Coffee Estate Inn and enjoying the volcano view, spacious bungalow, lovely hosts and beautiful area as much as we did!

The Inn at Palo Alto is a quaint property located over Palo Alto River, 3 km from the city centre. It offers a free daily breakfast buffet and free WiFi. The staff was wonderful and the grounds were beautifully designed 😍. The breakfast was very excellent buffetstyle omelets, bacon,sausage, fruits, yogurts, cereals, and local coffee and juices.
