The Collingwood Park Motel is a cosy establishment facing the inlet of the Golden Bay. We had a spacious apartment (no 7) with a living/dining area, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside terraces on both sides of the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the veiw from the apartment was beautiful.

This is a very unique place to stay in the beautiful area of Golden Bay. A lushly decked out tent with all of the luxuries of a hotel, with a stunning view over the coast to the Bay. Easy drive to explore the beaches of the area and also the national park. Very private. Highly recommended!

The best location for a few days in the golden bay! A beautiful spacious apartment with a view And everything we needed

We adored everything about this place, the view, the chalet, bathroom the breakfast basket delivered the night before. We cooked on the bbq quite a bit too. Loved we could do laundry freely after 5pm. The owners and staff were all super lovely too. It was spotlessly clean and really felt 5 star. We also really liked the area close to collingwood and farewell spit.

Lovely location right in the town. A building with character, so a really nice place to stay. Sitting area outside in the garden was a bonus.

Awesome spot. Lovely peaceful location surrounded by nature. Chalet was excellent , everything we needed. Perfect spot for my dog and Steve is very laid back and friendly. Will definitely come again

Really spacious place - separate seating area with a sofa, as well as a balcony out the back. Separate kitchen area from the main room. Great location - short walk into town. Laundry facilities were great.

We have been traveling through NZ for 5 weeks and our stay at Rocky Ridge was the very best! Three nights was not long enough...so much to do and see, the location was ideal. But it was the cottage that made us the happiest. The cottage is unbelievable! The outdoor sitting area was outstanding, the outdoor bath tub was a highlight, the firepit was fantastic, and our hosts were outstanding. The attention to detail and the quality of the cottage was top-notch! We really wished we stayed here for one week. This is a must stay place! Thank you, Jean, for the most amazing Kiwi hospitality. We will always remember our stay her with so much fondness.

The location was great. The hosts were both welcoming and nice. The highlight of our stay was during the night when we were taken out to see the glow worms, weta and freshwater crayfish. It was interesting and exciting. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Heating works well. We explored one of the walking trails within the property which was easy to navigate. We will definitely come back next time.

Fabulous eco friendly facilities and ethos.

Very clean and comfortable units with a good layout. They felt spacious and were well equipped. The pool was appreciated by the kids. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Fabulous location. The storm was long and powerful wind and driving rain. I felt comfortable and cosy watching it all from my window. I was very grateful for the bath as it wasn't walking weather despite the numerous walks available so I just relaxed instead. The electric blanket was a nice treat. 😊
