My airline lost my luggage, and one of the staff members offered her snow gear in the meantime! That was beyond kind and generous. The location is amazing, beautiful view, right on the slopes, great restaurant and pool. But the staff were the best!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 4 and picked Kvitfjell Hotel as our base for skiing holiday. The rooms are not huge but gives you all comfort you need. The best part is that you are literally 1 min walk from the lift, 15 sec from sauna and also you have the access to the small gym. For our 2 sons that was absolutely brilliant. If you like cross country skiing, you have over 250 km of tracks around this hotel. Overall, fantastic place to stay - 10.
