Lovely hotel,our room had a good view.it was no trouble to get an extra duvet on the first night.During our stay we were given so much helpful advice by a receptionist called Ayshat. She went above & beyond to assist us,and was so friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing, such fantastic choice and really excellent quality.We had a hot chocolate in the cosy and warm lounge area at the back of reception after a day of skiing.we enjoyed dining in the restaurant attached to the hotel,the menu was good,so convenient and the staff friendly.A good experience..
