Beautiful location, great facilities, comfortable room, really good food and reasonably priced, friendly, helpful staff. A really good hotel, the best of our trip thus far.

Situated in central Dombås, this hotel lies 700 metres above sea level at the foot of the Dovrefjell Mountains. It offers free Wi-Fi, private parking and sauna access. we stayed for a night on our way up north. the room was very big, comfortable beds. Beautiful area and nice breakfast.

Phillipshaugen Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Øksendalsøra. Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and ski storage space. The lodge itself looks even more beautiful in real life. The room was stunning with an amazing view to the surrounding mountains. It was clean, warm, cosy and had a “home” feeling. The whole experience from arriving, to staying and leaving was great! Jon and Adrian were super accommodating and helpful, giving us a personal tour of the property and surrounding history. The hiking trails were spectacular. We cannot thank both of them enough for the awesome experience and will definitely come back again.

Just around the corner from Oppdal Train Station, this hotel dates back to 1924. It offers free parking and rooms with free WiFi and a private bathroom. Oppdal Ski Centre is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast and hotel restaurant was amazing. My favorite breakfast on the trip and an excellent dinner for a decent price (compared to other Norway restaurants price wise).

Good for spending a night along the road. Located right beside the main road (E6) that goes from south to north all through Norway. It is only a few minutes drive from Oppdal, the nearest town. Nearby you can go skiing, cycling, mountain hiking etc. Friendly staff and great food in the restaurant.

Sunndalsøra Hotell in Sunndalsøra has 3-star accommodation with a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. Guests can enjoy mountain views. Perfect location with a market across the street and restaurant right next door. The owner is super cool and very affable. NICE ambiance, breakfast was delicious, varied and abundant. The room was bright and large with a window that opened all the way.
