Watch out luxury boutiques, Cousins is the new leader is luxury boutique. The cousins service level was outstanding. They have an eye for detail and special touches. The bed was super comfortable, the room dark and quiet, and the facilities very well cared for.

Nice breakfast and good looking garden with view which we sadly couldn't really use due to the weather.

Entering the hotel and your room happens with digital cards and you don't have to interact with anyone. Unfortunately our emailed instructions were delayed, but contacting staff via phone was easy and they were very helpful. Once we had the instructions it was all a breeze.
