The breakfast was lovely with very polite staff serving. Really nice safe location opposite one of the canals and on the edge of the town centre only 500m walk from the restaurants and shops with quick access to the national dual carriageway/motorway. Netherlands at it's best! Awesome choice for breakfast at Hotel de Timmerfabriek. Nothing you could miss. Comfy beds in the room. A light smell of wood from the cabins in the reception and lovely decoration. We really enjoyed our stay! Vlissingen has a nice old town, beach and opportunities to enjoy the shopping. From here you must visit Middelburg, Goes and as well beach front cities! Our first trip to Zeeland and we are sure it won't be our last :-)

We have visited this year the third time and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There is nothing where we could ask for more - it is just perfect. For us this is feeling like the home from home and it will be very nice to return next year. As we have a car, there is no problem to get around and visit the lovely places in Zeeland. Therefore for us the apartment is a perfect location. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Scharendijke
We stayed as a family of four in the beach house. Scharendijke is lovely and close (by car or bike) to some of Zeeland’s finest beaches. Also, there are a few nice places to eat in the village. Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very kind. The shared shower room and the shared toilet were always very clean as well. There’s free parking and the opportunity to recharge an electric car nearby.
Hotels in Zeeland were quite full, so this was our not our first choice. However we were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious hotel suite facilities which were very well equipped with kitchen, etc. We even made good use of the washing machine in the lobby area. The rooms are in a separate building from the restaurants, but easy walking access. The food looked so good we stayed for dinner, and we were happy we did.
Central, spacious, bright, modern, comfy and very tastefully furnished flat. The kitchen is very well equipped and you find everything to cook and enjoy beautiful dinners. Great selection of tableware etc., high quality kitchen appliances above standard. Beautifully located at the waterfront. The hosts are super friendly and caring. Awesome location to discover Zeeland.
First time in the Zeeland province for us, location is great, staff very pleasant... For those that don't want to have dinner in the hotel every evening, good restaurants in the vicinity or within a 10km radius... We had a great experience in the "Eetcafe Simpel" in Renesse.. good value for money!

Attention to detail in design of apartments and overall equipment, very kind and friendly landlord and lady taking care of the guests, best address in Middelburg for both a short or longer stay - close to all beaches in Zeeland, sweet town to explore, great for activities with kids.
Great location with a stunning view. Close to lots of little towns both in Zeeland and in Belgium. Will absolutely visit again. The apartment itself was spacious enough for the three of us and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A home away from home.
