Es un hotel precioso y la isla Texel es toda de ensueño, pero la atención de los anfitriones Norbert y Esther, es lo más destacable. Por no hablar del magnífico desayuno en el jardín preparado con mil detalles, como todo en este bonito hotel. Se preocuparon por facilitarme un desayuno sin gluten ni lactosa y era delicioso.
My dog was able to come with us and there was a little gift basket for him. We booked a room with a “backyard” so having that as an option is great. SPA is a stretch but indeed had a great time in the sauna. What I really enjoyed though is how clean it is overall. What is more, the area that the hotel is built around is perfect for walks, there’s a forest not far from it as well.

Excellent service great room, lovely food, very dog friendly. It is very central in the De Koog, in 2 min walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had a table tennis in the play area. Extra cost per dog is €20 per night. Parking is ample and free.
The breakfast was nice. The room was big and comfortable. I liked that we had an outdoor space. If there was a larger TV screen, then it would've been amazing.

Site was organized and well laid out. Facilities were well equipped and our children loved the playground / pool areas.
The Island Life is a neat and calm B&B. The location itself is very pretty, the room was tidy and comfortable and the Hosts were very friendly and helpful, giving tips on restaurants and places to visit which turned out above expectations. The highlight is the Wellness area where you can book some hours of quality time to relax. The Jacuzzi and sauna were both clean, comfortable and the atmosphere was quite fun and relaxing. I'd recommend booking the Spa for the evening as it's a seperate, private area which has beautiful lighting which you will be able to fully enjoy and immerse in after dark. 10/10 looking forward to visit there again.
