Enkhuizen is a fabulous small town right on the IJsselmeer and this is an excellent hotel right in the city center - close to and well within walking distance to all the beautiful sights. Above that the hotel is exceptionally clean and feels like it was renovated quite thoroughly recently. This leads to very modern rooms and a nice atmosphere - only surpassed by the friendly staff.
The Hotel Spaander is a place to fall in love with. The artpieces skattered on the walls of the old hotel tell the history of this place but also the history of Volendam. The people are very friendly. The views on the IJsselmeer are superb. What can I tell more: I certainly come back and bring my wife next time. Thank you.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and heard and followed perfectly our requests. Our suite was quiet and clean, the beds were wonderful and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. The location was perfect. This hotel was all we needed.
We liked the place in general, the rooms and atmosphere. They also have bike storage. We had nice dinner, the food was really good.
The view from our room was so spectacular. The people were friendly and helpful. The location is great. I also love that they sent a list of local park houses to use. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place is a Gem. Not really in the city center and behind outdoor activity places so you didn't expect much but the hotel was great. New and relatively modern and right on the beach. The room was fine, the breakfast had a super selection. And I I felt for the first time on our trip that the price was right. - I can also recommend the restaurant right across the way. - The food was really tasty.

Overall we enjoyed. The landscape is beautiful. The apartment looks new, with nice tv and good kitchen equipment. There mosquito nets all over which allow you to keep the windows open (really important cause the house gets really warm) We rented bikes, the kids like to jump the trampoline and driving kids small 4 wheels cars. We came late, so the key place and instruction were good.
