The hotel is also located near various monuments, the beautiful Salvador Allende Port, and the great 4-floor Plaza Inter mall where you can do all kinds of shopping. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but we don’t speak any Spanish so we can’t hold it against them. We just google translated everything. The staff is incredibly nice, and they helped set up our transport. With this I mean that we told them where we wanted to go and they told us to relax and the taxi showed up, put our stuff in the back and brought us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Rooms are big and very clean, hot water is available. They also gave us bottles of water everyday. Breakfast is very good and the setting is really relaxing. Also they have airconditioning. There were no mosquitos in our room, so that was also nice. The property is gated, so if you want to go in or out, they have to unlock the gate for you. This felt very safe! At night there is always someone present at the front desk. We loved our stay, and so will you!
