Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Best hotel we have stayed at! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with such intricate details reflecting Malaysian culture! The bed is super comfy. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The pool area is also amazing, relaxing and peaceful. The best of all is the staff. They all are calm and go out of their way to make us feel really taken care of! They take initiative to help, especially thankful to the reception staff for always thinking one step ahead. And also for the buffet staff for being courteous and helpful as we have 2 small kids. Our interactions with each and every single staff member was incredibly human and engaging, we feel so at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The shower felt like a spa, and the dressing room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
