Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor di Kota Kinabalu menyediakan akomodasi khusus dewasa dengan kolam renang outdoor, teras, dan bar. The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

I stayed at the Junior Suite. The windows have a very beautiful view of the sunset. The room were clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great with a good spread. Will go back to this hotel when I am back in KK.

It was fantastic. The houses have epic design. It gives the vibes of European houses. The staff was very helpful. And there was a nice café there which made it easier for us to buy mineral water and other necessary stuff for the stay.
The room and surrounding are superb! Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.

Lovely small independent resort that's been around since 1995, but has been beautifully and immaculately maintained. Alot of local wood is used everywhere, gardens with plantings The location is on the edge of Kundasan with a great view of the mountain. There is a large viewdeck to watch the sunset behind the mountain and surrounding range, and see sunrise as light falls on the foothills. Rooms are spacious with indoor seating area facing the mountain thru large windows. There's also a large balcony with seating to watch the view The staff are very friendly. The food is ok but tourist grade - best advice is to stay w standard Malaysian dishes and avoid western dishes. There is a separate bar that they will open for you, since the restaurant is halal
