It's only 5 min by foot to the sea side,. I like it a lot .😊

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the mountains, San Trópico Petit Hotel is situated in Puerto Vallarta in the Jalisco Region, 2.4 km from Cruise Ship Pier. I stayed here for just one night last year, and loved it so much that I came back this year for 4 nights. My favourite part is how calm and peaceful it is - I was here to work on some writing, and it was really quiet and tranquil. My apartment was huge and had everything I needed - kitchen, huge TV, lovely balcony, very comfortable bed. The pool is huge which is great if you love to swim, and the gardens are just beautiful - I really enjoyed watching the birds and lizards and hummingbirds. The food is also excellent (the shrimp quesadillas are out of this world), which is lucky because there isn't really anywhere good to eat nearby that isn't an expensive tourist trap - just eat here if you can! Staff are really friendly too. It really is an escape - it's in a very quiet neighbourhood and you won't want to leave!

The staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted.

The hotel is beautiful and quirky. It was quiet yet everything was within a short walking distance. Located in the Romantica Zone, next to the river, across from Gringo Gulch and near the Flea Market for those quick gotta have souvenirs. The beach and restaurants are just a short walk away and while you are there, don't forget to hang out with Jerry, the bartender at the rooftop bar! Will definitely stay again!
