The lagoon area is nice to walk. Parque Museo La Venta is great, just remember insect repellent. The regional museum is also good, which has a really nice little cafe in the building next door. Villahermosa is a great stop off point to get to other places like Palenque (bus trip is 2 1/2 hours). Taxis are shared. They will stop and ask where you are going, and take off if not where you want to go. The modern shopping centres are nice and there is a great little handicraft store at Tabasco 2000. Villahermosa continues to develop and has a certain charm. Cool little art gallery in the centre as well. Some cool nature parks in places around Villahermosa, a couple of hours away.
Friendly, profesional staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Very good wifi and air conditioning, elevator. Located in the central downtown area one block from the main pedestrian shopping area. Many restaurant options within easy walking distance. Tasty breakfast from 7 - 11am. The Plaza Altabrisa Tabasco is a huge, modern, shopping center nearby with about 175 businesses. It's about 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
This was the worst apartment during our three weeks stay in Mexico (roundtrip Quitana Roo, Yacatan, Campeche, Tabasco, Chiapas). The reception is good and helpful. Parking indoors is a plus. Shopping center nearby. Aircons in the bedrooms worked.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our suitcases, but they went out of their way to send it to our next destination in Mexico. Which was fantastic. Also th beds were good and the lounge area spectacular.

I always recommend this hotel location. Is close to business locations ( food, shopping, souvenirs and a lot more ). I have been at this Hotel location, my parents and a sister with her husband. Breakfast in the dining room was limited to 1 price for the extensive buffet. I ate only fruit, coffee and a pastry and was charged the full amount. I argued this was unreasonable but still had to pay about 200 pesos. I think a continental option should be available.
Very kind staff. They not only allowed but welcomed our 2 md/lg dogs. The security guard was awesome. It felt safe and clean. We were able to park in a gated parking lot. Wifi worked well. TV had streaming platforms we could sign into. The restaurant on site had delicious food with good variety on their menu. I was able to enjoy a hot shower there. We could find everything we needed in town as well.
