We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.
