Our first impression of the hotel was the amazing staff. The moment we arrived, Mahen, the hotel manager, greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable in the hotel restaurant. The hotel itself is immaculate, and tastefully decorated and it generally gives off a more luxurious vibe than expected of a three-star hotel. Our room, while not the biggest hotel room ever, was perfectly clean and there was a beautiful towel arrangement on our bed since we were there for our honeymoon. The breakfast and the food in general were amazing. While the breakfast offer isn't as varied as in those big resort type hotels, it is delicious and you have got to try the crepes! Their pizzas are also great, as is the medium rare veal stake with the local creole sauce. The hotel swimming pool area is a perfect option if you want a chill day and for some reason can't go to the nearby Flic en Flac beach. This hotel and its amazing staff (special thanks to Mahen and the driver Kevin) will blow your socks off. The niceness of the staff is not them just being polite, you can feel the honesty behind their kindness and willingness to help you. It won't be long until you get that friendly feeling with the Seastar staff like you've known each other for years. When we left Mauritius, we were sad we had to leave the island, but also the staff of this wonderful hotel. You can also arrange every excursion with them and get recommendations for exploring this beautiful island! Don't miss the local sega music night in the hotel which happens every Saturday.

Mr Khan exceeded our expectation by providing a mini grocery to prepare our supper as we arrived late evening after all nearby restaurants and grocery shops had closed. We are forever grateful to Mr Khan for his generosity and thoughtfulness. The place was spotlessly clean and cleaning services were provided by a cheerful lady on a daily basis.

Located at the foot of Le Morne Brabant, this resort faces a white sandy beach with turquoise waters and offers elegant, air-conditioned suites surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. During our month-long stay in Mauritius, we had the opportunity to experience seven different hotels, including some high-end ones. However, we found that this hotel was the best by far. The welcome we received was warm and kind, and the rooms were simply amazing, boasting breathtaking views and comfortable beds. Although there are eight restaurants on site, we only dined at two of them, and we must say that the Japanese restaurant, Umami, surpassed our expectations with food and service that was of Michelin star caliber. The view from the restaurant was also simply breathtaking. We definitely plan to return to this hotel in the future.

Located in Rivière Noire, 30 km from Les Chute's de Riviere Noire, La Mariposa Mauritius boasts a private beach area and outdoor swimming pool. The property also has a garden and a terrace. Everything was satisfying without maybe the wifi in the room , but not a big issue. Very clean and Nice beds. Excellent breakfast Location is ok , you can walk to a supersmarket and som restaurants Wonderful beach and good vibe, we loved it

Situated in Le Morne, a few steps from Le Morne Beach, Riu Turquoise - All Inclusive features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Had a very great time with family. The food was too good, the staff very nice and cooperative. Excellent team work. Value for money.

An adult-only hotel (as from 15 years), Hotel Chalet Chamarel is perched on the ridges of Chamarel mountain with exceptional panoramic views of the west coast on one side and breathtaking views of the... Best stay in mauritius. It was raining when we checked in at night so getting there was challenging but well worth it. Even though we weren't blessed with sunshine during our one night stay, the room is absolutely gorgeous and staff also great. Our server Danny definitely deserves a shout out. Highly recommend especially great for romantic getaways.

Tamarina Golf and Spa Boutique Hotel is the gateway to a thousand other destinations, to discovering Mauritius’ culture and landscapes in all of their beauty and majesty... This hotel really surpassed my expectations! Every member of staff was so polite and friendly and most even knew my name and room number. Dinner and breakfast was from a set menu, unlike the buffet meals I had experienced at other hotels. The food was unbelievable (especially the beef tenderloin) and was a beautiful candlelit meal by the sea. I arrived late, after lunch had been served, and there was no food but the chefs were so kind enough to make something just for me The infinity pool overlooking the beach was beautiful and the beach is more private and quieter here making it my preference over the nearby flic en flac beach. A fantastic experience, would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Thank you to all here for making my stay so memorable

Go Sun Beach Residence is located on the beachfront of Flic en Flac. The property has a spacious outdoor pool and offers air-conditioned apartments with balcony and sea view. The property was modern, clean, boutique, well located and great value for money.

Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa is located on Mauritius' le Morne Peninsula. Breathtaking scenery. Outstanding service staff couldn't do enough for us, they treated us like family. Dining in the restaurants was incredible, really enjoyed our trip. Next time we'll stay for longer
