The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing beautiful views and a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The staff was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made my stay even better. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect. It's close to everywhere you want to be, making it super easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Mashtra was a perfect 10/10. Highly recommend!

Nestled within the historic charm of Ulcinj's Old Town, Kulla e Balshajve offers a memorable stay rated with 3 stars in pedestrian zone. The location was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has prime location in the old town. The rooms had good air conditioning and a lot of space. Clean and very nice. The service was impeccable with the hostess asking us several times if we needed anything else and providing us with everything we needed. The hotel restaurant is situated overlooking the town and sea. Our waiter was quite entertaining and I think the kids learned more about 20th century European history from him than they have in school.

This is my second stay at Hotel Ajana. One of the best places in the whole Ulcinj Riviera if not more. I've been to many places but nothing compares with the hospitality and warmth you get from the staff at Hotel Ajana. Extremely strong point at Ajana is the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is homemade and fresh, you get the feeling you are at home. I will definitely come back at Hotel Ajana in the years to come.
Loved the location! We were greeted at the city gate to carry us plus our bags in a golf cart to the property, and offered a welcome drink! Breakfast was very good and especially lovely setting to enjoy it.

Food (included) was good, location excellent, and overall it had a relaxed, free atmosphere.

The room had the best view in Ulcini. hands up it was the best place I have stayed in during my travel. The balcony view was amazing, the location is a nice walk from the bus station throug the city, and it is 10 mins walk from the best part in Ulcin. Their breakfast was just lovely. The staff were super nice and friendly. they handled all our reuqests, questions and made sure that everything is more than okey. If I am back in ulcin, that’s where I am staying again.
Upgrade of room to premium for free
It’s very good location, I recommend it for family and friends, you have close beach it’s called “mala plaža” (on the photo infront of the hotel). The music is loud, but clubs close at 1:00 at night, and you don’t even hear the music in the room because they have good windows to prevent loud noises. I really recommend “priganice” at the breakfast.
