The host family are so kind and welcoming and always there to help. The breakfast and dinner they prepare is amazing. The road to Dodosi is now refurbished, so easier to drive. I can imagine it will be soon much more touristy as the location is very beautiful. They offer boat tours, hikes, you can rent Kayaks or bikes. We did the boat tour, which was very nice. Currently they have a lot of cute baby cats around the house. The beds are comfortable and you get free water. The price ratio for food and the room is very good.

Sunny Side Apartments státar af útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, um 21 km frá Skadar-vatni. Íbúðin er með sérinngang til aukinna þæginda fyrir þá sem dvelja. The flat is well decorated and very comfortable and perfectly clean, with a small balcony, perfect to have the breakfast with a beautiful view on the garden and the river. It is a very calm place. Car park, in front of the room. The breakfast is excellent, with home-made products only. “Sergio” and Ana are really lovely and warmly welcomed us. Anna prepared an amazing pomegranate juice (the best one we drank in Montenegro, thanks Ana!) and she also invited us to eat a home-made cake (so tasty & delicious “mille-feuille”, I was very impressed). “Sergio” also shared some good advice for our journey in Montenegro (restaurant, sightseeing,…) and we also had interesting discussions together. We spend two lovely nights there, we recommend.

The owners (not on site) were immediately responsive by phone and helped us answer a few questions. Our onsite hosts (the owners' family) were phenomenal. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we communicated through Google translate. They were so warm and welcoming and made perfect lemonade.

The warm welcome, the quirkiness of the accommodation, the attention to detail of what might be needed for a short stay, location and free parking. The possibility to go on a boat ride around the lake and order a meal if needed.
