The staff is Really the Jewel of this Hotel. From the warm and caring Receptionist Jasna she is hands down, the Best Receptionist I have ever met from all our world travels) to the Tentative Waiters and the Chef. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with the shower (water pressure excellent) very good. We visited while it was cold and snowing and the room was nice and warm with underfloor heating. The Hotel is clean and modern and the atmosphere very relaxing. The food was very good and tasty and breakfast was in included in the price. The Hotel has great location, its in the center of town and about 10 minutes drive to the Ski Resort which was very nice.

My recent experience at Swissotel Resort Kolašin was exceptionally positive. Although there is ongoing construction around the hotel, it did not diminish the quality of my stay. We informed the hotel about our estimated time of arrival, and when we arrived, the bellboy was waiting for us in front of the hotel. He took care of our car and luggage, which made the check-in process smooth and convenient. The receptionist was also polite and quickly explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and its services. The Signature Apartment I booked was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. Each room had its own bathroom, which added to the comfort and privacy. The quality of the furnishings and the apartment's amenities are top-notch, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. We arrived late, and they had left complimentary snacks and water in our room. It wasn't much, but it was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed. Due to the construction work and the fact that the spa is not yet operational, the hotel has adjusted its pricing accordingly, making it a great value for the experience offered. I found the rates to be quite reasonable, and it was worth every penny.

Welcome drink was refreshing. Fish dinner was delicious and served in an outdoor seating area where we can enjoy the lovely view. Our host is a likeable and pleasant lady who took the trouble to use google translate to communicate with us. She packed two hard boiled eggs just when we were about to leave.
