The location of the hotel is perfect just few steps from the old city. The parking is very comfortable and the hotel staff are very helpful and kind. This is a wonderful hotel that meets the stated level. The interior and exterior are thought out to the smallest details. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help. Rooms are well-equipped. Cleaning is carried out regularly and thoroughly. Buffet breakfast is fresh and decent. To reach the beach, you have to cross the road and walk about 100 meters along the promenade. At the beach, the hotel provides towels, loungers, and umbrellas. The hotel’s spot at the beach is called Timeout, and I think it’s the best location on Slovenska Plaza, with a clean sea and fewer people. I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant with its local cuisine.

Facing the beachfront, Boutique Hotel Shell offers 4-star accommodation in Budva and has a terrace, restaurant and bar. Location, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were absolutely exceptional! Everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Food at the restaurant on the ground floor was great and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning although we had lots of food options nearby. The hotel didn’t have a designated part of the beach directly in front, so getting to the beach where we had the lounge chairs & sun umbrellas included in our price, normally took about 5 minutes to get to. It was totally acceptable. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable, with super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything seemed very new and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the entire hotel was, and especially the rooms. I felt there was a lack of privacy in the bathroom located in the master bedroom. It’s a little weird that only a somewhat frosted glass and a curtain separate the toilet area from the bedroom, but I guess I missed a memo on current modern design. Our bathrooms didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was amazing with unbelievable water pressure! My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to returning to Boutique Hotel Shell very soon.

This place was only hotel with heated pool in October month - we contacted a lot of places. Pool was warm, rooms was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and every day was different food. Reset hotel team was very friendly and kind. We had very best experience with the place - great family and young people friendly hotel. THE y also have restaurant/cafe where You can order food all day. The view to Budva city is perfect! Thanks to every team member for welcoming feeling - hope one day we will come back!
