Everything was as shown on the site. My room looked even nicer than I'd expected and they included some toiletries. Ayoub and Mouad were always available and attentive without being intrusive. Ayoub personally looked after getting my onward bus ticket sorted when I couldn't buy it online. This kind of attention goes beyond what I would have expected. The food was wonderful and prepared very well. I enjoyed the Tagine, couscous and the salads were carefully washed with filtered water. I also appreciated the espresso bar. The coffee was very good. There is a museum right across from the hotel which is well worth visiting if you want to know more about the Draa Valley and its history. Thank you again for a relaxing stay

Made to feel really welcomed with tea and cake. Lovely to walk around the palmerie. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of the desert, in the heart of the palm grove of Zagora. Come and enjoy an exceptional setting in the shade of palm trees. - friendly, helpful and trustworthy staff who helped us a lot when we fell sick! I will never forget their support! - pool are is simply amazing!! very clean, comfortable, with a bar and beautiful palm trees! - great breakfast - felt like being in an oasis after coming from the desert. It looks just like in the pictures!
