Located in the Tata province, within the palm grove of Foum Zguid, this hotel offers a large outdoor swimming pool. An oasis in the desert with lots of trees, a welcoming and huge swimming pool, great and clean rooms. All well maintained thanks to Barry a very helpful host who gracefully dropped us at the bus station at 5 am. Last but not least, we had a fantastic and generous, big portion diner with fresh from starter to dessert.

Riad Assia Foum Zguid features air-conditioned accommodations in Foum Zguid. This riad provides a terrace and barbecue facilities. Aziz and his wife, Khadija, and the rest of the staff were wonderful, welcoming, and fun. He took us on a tour of the nearby ruins and the Centreville. It was our friends' 27th anniversary and Aziz and his family threw a surprise party. Khadija baked a delicious cake and they decorated the salon for music and dancing. We really enjoyed dancing with them! I cannot over emphasize how welcomed we were - it was the pinnacle of Moroccan hospitality. There was strong WiFi in the common patio/dining room which was lovely and offered a moonlight view. Dinner was a delicious lemon chicken tajin with Soupe Harare. The rooms were spacious and clean but ours was a little too warm because the windows did not open to the outdoors. We hope to return someday. Thank you, Aziz!!!

The location of the Kasbah is very nice. With beautiful views of the surrounding. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Diner and breakfast were very nice.

Ryad lcaid features accommodations in Tissint. There's a restaurant serving African cuisine, and free private parking is available. At the riad, each unit is fitted with a wardrobe. We stopped in Tissint on our dual sport motorcycle trip and we were more than tempted to stay another night as this property, the host and his village were for lack of better words special. Asiz (sp?) was the most kind, generous and welcoming host we have met on any travels. His cooking was exceptional. The tagine for dinner and egg dish for breakfast were OUTSTANDING ! His warm smile truly was the Moroccan experience we were looking for. Not to mention the property was breath taking. Over 400 years old. Be sure to spend some time in the indoor “living room”. A perfect place for yoga / meditation/ reading it simply to relax with a cup of tea.
