We stayed two nights and joined their private day tour on 4x4, which was very useful for us to see and experience the desert. The camel ride during sunset arranged by the camp was also memorable.

Located in Midelt, Chalets ITO Atlas Timnay features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, terrace, and free WiFi. Private chalet and parking outside, which suited our disabled guest. Sitting area, with kitchen and fruit upon welcome. Two separate bedrooms all as described. Warm temperature and the heating was on. Excellent evening food brought from the restaurant to our chalet (extra cost), which was cheap. Chips, omelette and pizza. Incredible breakfast again brought to the room and included in the price. Omelette, pancakes, jam, honey, bread and butter, cakes, orange juice, fruit and tea or coffee. Very clean and would highly recommend this property. Swimming pool and park equipment for families (we did not use this). Beds were comfy and soft compared to most morocco hotels, with extra blankets provided if required.

I absolutely loved being here, Youssef, Mohammed and their team are simply incredible. They truly try to make you feel like family. If you are looking for an honest proprietor in Merzouga, look no further. They also have a desert camp if that is an experience that you are seeking. Anything that you want can be arranged; vegan? No problem. Want to go on a sunset camel ride? Say less. Sandboarding? They'll bring your board to the dunes. They will never try to upsell you. Anything you want, you need only ask. I have already recommend them far and wide, with enthusiasm.

They understand true customer service, & work hard to make sure you are completely happy. Omar drove us to and from the camp telling us about the history of everything Morocco. We asked question after question which he kindly answered. All of the information was facilitating & added to our trip. Their camels are the nicest! Food was absolutely delicious. We have never slept as well as we did in our luxury tent. And, mother nature provided a stunning sunrise, sunset & evening of a billion stars.
