Where to start? From the moment I arrived until the morning I checked out, the care and attention from Galileo and his team were exceptional! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous. In addition to the delightful breakfast served each morning, I ordered two dinners during my stay, and the portions were more than enough for two people! The riad is centrally located, with many tourist attractions and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay!!! Made my first trip to Morocco really memorable!

All the hotel has a typical moroccan style with a lot of wonderful plants. The roof has an amazing view and it is possible to eat from 12:00. The breakfast room is in a comfortable area with a view on a wide pedestrian avenue inside the Medina. The staff was so kind, sweet, discreet, smiling and always helpful. After four nights we were sad to leave this place which we will always keep in our heart and soul. There is also a historical background because Orson Welles stayed in this hotel when he shot the film Otello, hence the name 'Palazzo'.

We had such an amazing holiday here! Both Mustapha's made us feel so welcome and a part of the family during our stay. The Riad is lovely with a beautiful rooftop area and and nice cold pool as well. Mustapha the manager was great at suggesting and organising day trips and excursions throughout our time in Marrakech while Mustapha the attendant was so helpful and kind and our son has made a friend for life! The location was amazing and just a short walk away from everything we needed. Riad Kale Polis helped us create such amazing family memories of our time in Marrakech. I'm sure with the way our kids talk about this place they will be back someday again!
