Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. We loved everything about this property, The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was courteous, and location was perfect. I loved the Moroccan decor, the tea, and food was excellent! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The staff was wonderful, there were 3 restaurants at the hotel but we only tried the Italian and it was really good. There was even a hair salon which came in really handy. The rooms were big and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The gym was very well equipped and big.
