Staff is very professional and as a mother of two active little boys, I loved to see how great everyone treated our boys too. The boys loved the farm animals, kids club activities and the two swimming pools of course. Everything was perfect, thank you! We shall for sure come again inchallah!

Manager Hajiba is most flexible and understanding. The location of the hotel is great too - just outside the main entrance of the Medina. Close enough but at the same time you don’t have to walk in the small dark alleys of the Medina late at night by yourself after a dinner.
