It was a great stay. the hotel was cute and well decorated. I was really impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff.

The overall experience was excellent, the hotel is perfectly located near the port area and very close to all attractions in the city, 5 minutes from old souks and Tripoli Castle, the staff were amiable and willing to go the extra miles to help. Breakfast was very good, rooms are clean and parking is available for hotel guest. Definitely we will come again.

Fantastic location, really lovely space and honestly the breakfast at A La Pier right on the water was absolutely stunning. We had the best time, would book again no hesitation!

I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay . An excellent experience that i highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Lebanon. Nice distance between Bcharre, the Cedars, and Qadisha Valley. Room was clean - and I've never seen a satellite package on the TV with so many channels (after a nice dinner, spent part of the evening switching between Iraq Idol and a chatshow from Cote d'Ivoire...). Staff were very friendly.

Peacefull and well eatablished and services and also the beautifull cigare lounge . İ cane i in summer but this is a winter hotel. İ can immagine how it will be so beautiful in winter

Le concierge Estephan and the staff was super nice, the location is just amazing, the decoration and comfort is perfect.
