The staff were so friendly and professional, the hotel has a restaurant on premises servicing good quality meals and wines, very convenient if you don't want to go out. The rooms are a great size, the bathroom and maintenance is immaculate throughout the rooms and common areas, the bed was so very, very comfortable. We stayed an extra night to see a few more things in and near Turkestan and we're very happy to have this lovely place to come home to. Very happy to recommend a stay in this hotel.

Hamed did everything, from my day trip to Sauran to the booking of my shared taxi to Symkent. Overall a reassuring experience!
