The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.

Best, friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced in my entire life. Big thank you from my entire family to Irina and Svetlana! My father returned to his home town Makinsk after 30 years and really needed help to get around. The staff found a suitable taxi driver for him within minutes, even though it was late at night. This meant the world to him and will always be a positive memory in all of our hearts! A very nice building, new enough to feel comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

We stayed in the new part of hotel. It was amazing. I travel a lot, it is even better than many European hotels. Rooms are very big, beds are very soft, there are many comfort things as robe, slippers, kettle with tea - which makes staying very cozy, everything is new and clean. I want to mention owners- great job. There is even TV with wi-fi. there is amazing park across the street where you can take a walk by bycycles. One recommendation to strenth wi-fi connection. In general it is Great job. I really enjoyed your hotel
