Well set in the centre of Seogwipo, Hotel Yeon provides free WiFi throughout the property, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. Excellent value, for a self check-in hotel there was still someone to help out at the lobby. Lots of snacks included with the room. Room was clean and comfortable. ii was really cozy to have jazz music im the room when we woke up with the rain. Breaksfast is brought to each room around 8am. Close to restaurants by walk, parking is tight but free of charge

Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

If you are short in time to roam around Jeju Island, go to Hallim Park instead. Cave, gardens that includes different variety of fruit tress, flowering plants, some kind of birds all of this you can found it inside the park. But i suggest to go during springtime and fall. Do not go during winter time, nothing to see. The restaurant near the folk village serves very delicious food.
Jeju is a great place to visit if you're a nature lover,very peaceful and relaxing.People are good natured and accommodating. Food are great especially if you love spicy👌.Shopping is not really price friendly but I got good bargain deals though because it was SALE month when we went there😉👍. Jeju island is a nice place to visit. The local popular food like black bbq pork n seafood are fantastic to those craving for exotic food. The weather was cold n at times freezing. Good place for family getaways,
A wonderful place with lots to offer, especially for families traveling with children: many parks and areas with various activities and games for kids of different ages. Beautiful nature, waterfalls, cliffs, peaks and beaches. We visited all the famous waterfalls, climbed the Sunrise Peak, visited the Jeju Folk Museum and Yakcheonsa Temple. We will definitely come back in summer or autumn to experience the beaches of Jeju Island! One disadvantage - the island is not very easy to get around. That's why we hired a car for a day, it was a wise decision, that made our trip more enjoyable and saved a lot of time. We love Korean food. Our favourite place to eat was a little restaurant next to Mstay Hotel. The staff there was extremely friendly and the traditional food was very tasty and reasonably priced.
Jeju public bus system changed and improved amazingly as of Aug 26 2017! With 1,150 KRW you can go anywhere in Jeju island and within40 min, transfer is free! (Need T money card). Always rent a car or use taxi whenever I visit Jeju but this time perfect by bus!! Try local genie bus system! Loved Jeju 4.3 peace park, Jeolmul recreation forest, Lee Jung Seop art gallery and Kim Man Duk memorial hall. Traditional market was also fun.
Spent 2 days in jeju...one day to cover few places in east and other day places in west...Jeju island has lot of tourist locations which cannot be covered in a day or two...best would be to rent a car...we started with all UNESCO sites - mountains, cliffs and volcanoes and coastal walks...

Provides undercover parking if you were to rent a car in Jeju Island. Buffet Breakfast is suffice - has a good range of Korean dishes and breakfast type foods/drinks (toast, rice, kimchi etc.). Large Room. TVs comes with the mainstream Korean TV channels and subscription services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Paramount and many more). Nice smelling hotel upon entry. Toilet comes with a bidet and showerhead for the shower is amazing. Location is good as it was near Nuwemaru Street - where all the restaurants are and close to the Airport.
It was so easy to get to the hotel from the airport with valet service for our hired car. We had easy access to restaurants and shops on the main streets. We arrived on the wettest day in 101 years and so were relieved that we had no problems finding the hotel and quickly checking in. Our rooms were clean and comfortable while breakfast had both western and Korean selections, including salads which is sometimes not easily available, beyond lettuce and tomatoes. We definitely recommend the hotel to all visitors to Jeju Island.
Andeok, Seogwipo
This hotel is perfect and not super fancy, but suited our needs. The view overlooking the ocean is amazing and Sanbangsan Mountain is close by as well. Depending on what room you get you could overlook the mountain or ocean, so beautiful views no matter what! It was nice and quiet and peaceful. There are also many café and restaurant options within a short drive away. The room price was reasonable and I would stay here again for any future trips to Jeju Island.

We found the best place to stay on Jeju Island thanks to the location, the hotel itself and mostly thanks to the owners that are doing an amazing job! There is a hiking trail at the foot of the hotel, with an incredible scenery that we could also see from our bed (very huge windows and a lovely balcony to have breakfast) We loved it there and I can say this was the best place we ve been to in South Korea.
Helpful and accommodating staff. They kindly helped to store our suitcases before check-in. We had a comfortable futon, and the housekeeping was very thorough. Even though it was raining, we had a really good time in the outdoor pool and around Jeju Island. We communicated about 50/50 using Korean and English, but I think I could have used English throughout.

I liked everything about this place. From it’s nice garden with mandarins, to the apartment itself. I had a magnificent view from my window, and everything was perfectly clean. I highly recommend and i will definitely visit there again next time i go to Jeju Island.
The receptionist was very kind! We had an early morning flight to Jeju Island and she gave us a very early check-in and provided welcome drinks. Although the hotel was starting to show its age, the rooms were nonetheless comfortable,

The hotel is located near the airport in a lively area with many restaurants, bars and stores. We spent just one night, it was a good starting point to explore the beautiful Jeju island.

extremely well located place. 15-20 min walk/taxi to any location, close to the beach but not enough. the rooms were beautiful even tho the bed was a little small. shower and bath were cool and everything was clean! food in the morning was exquisite! never been in hotel (kind of a small one) with such a diverse menu!
