Elizabeth and her entire staff were excellent! Upon arrival she even cooked a delicious fish meal for us at a reasonable price. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was clean, safe, and conveniently located on the main road going to town, making it easy to grab a tuk tuk when needed. We will definitely be back when visiting kakamega. Thank you!
The location is great they have also improvement on the rooms, great ambiance it is accessible to the city centre yet far enough from the noise. the greenery and the serenity is good. Its cleanliness is slightly above average, not a bother to me. But being a highly ranked hotel in Kakamega, I would expect more...
