We appreciated the hotel's welcome and although we did not use it, there was quite a lot of food/snacks available. This is good because there are no convenience stores in walking distance.

They went out of their way to make our stay really special. I asked at short notice if a small celebration cake could be added to the evening meal for my partner's birthday. It was too late to prepare that, but still they presented her with a small gift at the end of the meal, beautifully wrapped, which was so unexpected! The Japanese breakfasts were delicious and each ingredient was introduced and explained. The evening meal was wonderful, one of the best meals this month in Japan. The room with western beds and a japanese room was very comfy and clean and the onsen was perfect for a small hotel. Overall the hotel was so relaxing and we felt welcome, even though we only spoke a little Japanese. The beach in front was idyllic and the ceramic shops were great, having a chance to meet the ceramicists . The best hotel vidit so far! Thank you!

Complementary breakfast was essential as there are no good food options nearby at all. Location is a great central hub for visiting tourist friendly locations in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Hotel Alpha-One Ogori está en Yamaguchi, a 21 km de Tokiwa Park, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis y restaurante. The hotel location is really close to Shin-Yamaguchi Station, but not too close that you can hear the noise of trains passing. The staff were also very nice, friendly and helpful! I'm really grateful to them! The bedroom and bathroom are the same as the photos, and it's more than enough for one person. It was very comfortable and clean! There is also a public bath, which helps melt away the fatigue in your legs after a whole day of walking! There is also a coin washing machine and dryer which works perfectly. Please note that the washing machine doesn't have automatic detergent disposal, so you have to buy a detergent pack in the front lobby (but it's very cheap and smells good). I didn't try the hotel breakfast or the nearby restaurants, but the hotel is close to two 7-11s (one on the street on the way to hotel and one in the station). The neighborhood is really quiet during the day and night. It can be kind of scary when you first walk from the station to the hotel at night because of how quiet it is and how there's basically no people on the streets at all, but the neighborhood is very safe! There were also some constructions going on nearby but I didn't hear any noise. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay here again~

HOTEL R9 The Yard Iwakuni está en Iwakuni, a 39 km de Oshima Yahata Community Center y a 46 km de Youme Town Miyuki. 1st time staying in the yard container. But the room was exceeded my expectation. Parking is available just in front of your room. The location was great, 7Eleven just right to the next. Hotel provided 2 frozen meals and microwave in your room, which was great.

Toyoko Inn Tokuyama-eki Kita-guchi se encuentra en Shunan, a 3 min a pie de Estación de Tokuyama y a 1,5 km de Shunan City Museum of Art and History. Very good value for money if you can enjoy small rooms too.

HOTEL R9 The Yard Ube se encuentra en Ube, a 3,3 km de Tokiwa Zoo y a 3,7 km de Tokiwa Park. Este hotel de 3 estrellas tiene habitaciones con aire acondicionado, baño privado y wifi gratis. Fantastic, they had seperate containers for washing and a vending machine which was super handy. I could park my bike right outside my container. It was like staying in a normal hotel room but better because you feel very seperate from the others around you so it’s quiet. Very neat and tidy. Would love to stay again.
