It was our 2nd time at a Fav Hotel and this one had a great bathroom too. Nice big double beds and bedding, futon for 5th person. If you have a JR pass then you can get on the hop on hop off bus for free, outside the train station. The Shintechi bus stop is a 7 min walk to hotel.

Attractively set in the Hiroshima City Centre district of Hiroshima, Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige is situated 1 km from Chosho-in Temple, 500 metres from Hiroshima Station and 1.2 km from Hiroshima... I had a wonderful one-night stay at Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige. The family room was surprisingly spacious, well above the average room size in Japan. The bathroom was also exceptionally large and came equipped with a full range of amenities — the most complete set I encountered during my trip across Japan. Conveniently, the hotel is located within walking distance of Hiroshima Station. The check-in and check-out process at the hotel is streamlined and efficient. Instead of traditional key cards, the hotel uses a PIN number system for room access. You can easily check in using a machine, and for check-out, you simply leave a piece of paper at the reception desk, which is especially convenient as no staff interaction is required before 9 AM.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. They did tasting of traditional alcohol drink Sake for us. We were chatting together and having nice time. They possess beautiful wall in the main hall where are nice photos and messages from their guests from the whole world. Room was spacious and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

Located within 1.1 km of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 1.1 km of Atomic Bomb Dome, HOTEL PROMOTE HIROSHIMA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hiroshima. This was a really pretty hotel, the staff was so friendly and understanding. They brought my luggage to my room when I checked in so when I entered the room it was already there for me. Besides that it was so clean and bigger than I expected. Especially for what I paid. You get all the amenities needed so you don't have to bring them yourself.

Everything! Staff was great and I cannot say enough about their lounge! I strongly recommend this hotel and it was the best of my 8 hotels in Japan! Great location for easy walking the city highlights.

The property itself was amazing! Very clean, very grand, made to feel very welcome. There are some shops on the water front that fit the vibe and taxis waiting outside to commute into the city centre.

Breakfast was good. Service generally good. However most reception staff could not communicate in English whereas restaurant staff did better. Kudos to the part-time barista Cristina who not only could communicate well but conducted herself so well as a concierge in checking and making several arrangements for a side trip for us that the regular staff at reception were unable to do. She was personable, resourceful and went out of her way to support us. We expected this level of service from the hotel’s regular staff which was lacking.

The open roof onsen is a must! It was sooo relaxing and on a cool night in October, the hot water felt just right and melted away all the stress and fatigue of carrying heavy luggage and all the walking. The hotel feels fancier than the price implies. We were really impressed. We left our luggage in the morning and when we checked in at night, it was already in our room. It was really so convenient and perfect and the views from the front desk on floor 13 are wonderful. Definitely got some good pictures overlooking Hiroshima.

Wonderful creoe breakfast with delicious sides each morning. The hotel is perfectly located and was a 15 min walk to Peace Park. The staff were delightful. The common areas were great. I would stay here again. Excellent for the price I paid. The bathroom tub was nice.
