Located in Imabari, 30 km from Henjou-in Temple, Sennenmatsu provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We stayed here for one night while riding the Shimanami Kaido. We should have stayed longer!! We loved the place, the people, the food, and our room. It was magnificent. The onsen was fantastic after a hard day of riding in the hot sun. We will return because we loved the environment and welcoming people who were friendly and kind.

IMPORTANT- for the taxi driver, ask « Mitsukochi building » : the hotel is located in the 7-8F of this building - there is literally a taxi station in front of the building, no need to book in advance when you need one - room is very clean, spacious, comfortable - private sauna in the room, so nice - good quality for everything(towels, slippers, etc) - gym, very convenient - very helpful and nice employees at the reception (they can give restaurants rec) - there is a massage room where I had an amazing massage, it was perfect (thank you Nahoko!) I have not tried the breakfast restaurant so I cannot say anything about it

Everything was super clean, building itself was build recently. It is inside of okaido's shopping street, you can ride the Limousin bus to the airport near here. Contemporary style but you can also enjoy Japanese style hot spring and food here.

Location is very central, close to most places of interest within walking distance. Staffs are great, went extra miles to ensure our stays are comfortable. Breakfast were delicious. We were even allowed to sit in and enjoy our breakfast even after breakfast time ends.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Matsuyama offers accommodation in Matsuyama near Matsuyama castle and Botchan Train Museum. Excellent location, comfortable beds, and no issues with the room size. Great bathroom, all the amenities you would need. There is a restaurant downstairs they use for the breakfast buffet etc if needed. The combini down the road a few steps away was very convenient, as well as the shotengai Okaido a hop skip and a jump away. I love Matsuyama!
