Everything from making suggestions for the best dining in town, to preparing the sauna for us (twice- both steam and dry), to being accommodating for a late checkout (since our deep water dive tour got us back to the hotel later.) Very nice and helpful staff who gave us many tips on what to visit in Aqaba and where to eat. The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach the beach, fish market and souvenir shops as well as many restaurants easily by foot. We can recommend to go for one day to the Berenice Beach Club which we enjoyed a lot. The hotel as a deal with them. You get picked up by a small van and can spend a day at the club to use their pool and private beach.
