The entire facility is very well designed with a number of places to spend time, multiple environments for dining, and plenty of activities both and off site. It never feels like the resort is packed. It is a quiet and very relaxing environment, and trends towards an older clientele, but if that's what you're seeking - it's the perfect option.

The breakfast was excellent. Continental and traditional Jamaican breakfast served with a smile. The staff was very attentive, the dining area was properly sanitized, and beautiful view. Thank you Sherika for your excellent customer service. Very nice that you remembered that the Gazebo was my favorite place :). So tranquil and peaceful. The place has a high standard and is suitable for families, solo travelers, and couples. Everyone was very attentive. Didn't get her name but I reported a minor issue, she didn't call maintenance she troubleshoot and sorted the problem. Again thank you housekeeping. Overall, cleaniness, hospitality, food, comfort, and value for money are 10/10. Any issues just say it and it's sorted. Overall, I stayed at 5 hotels and Cardiff twice...

I would give this place 10 stars! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms and property was very clean. The location is great ! I have zero complaints about this property beside the WiFi was a struggle.

Located in Ocho Rios, a 4-minute walk from Ocho Rios Bay Beach, Beach Studio 9 has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a private beach area and a restaurant. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. The pool was central and the location is walking distance to every where in ochi town. Beach is right there, food is on site, a lil pricey but you have to know where to go to eat outside the resort. I highly recommend

Located in Ocho Rios, within a few steps of Ocho Rios Bay Beach and a 17-minute walk of Mahogany Beach, SandCastles Holiday #C9 has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi... THE ENVIRONMENT WAS QUIET AND THE HOUSEKEEPER MISS DIANE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHE MAKES SURE WE ARE OK. AND THE BEACH ACCESS WAS NEAR AND I LOVE THAT. WILL VISIT AGAIN.

I have travel for many decades and the chef here KNOWS that eggs are yellow when cooked properly not brown. Meals were seasoned beautifully and the portion were very satisfying

Facing the seafront, the outdoor pool at the Hibiscus Lodge Hotel is one of its most outstanding features. I absolutely love the welcome we got from the front desk staff. All the staff were welcoming and very polite, The Room attendant was really nice also. Big up to the staff at Hibiscus Lodge.
