The breakfast was excellent. Continental and traditional Jamaican breakfast served with a smile. The staff was very attentive, the dining area was properly sanitized, and beautiful view. Thank you Sherika for your excellent customer service. Very nice that you remembered that the Gazebo was my favorite place :). So tranquil and peaceful. The place has a high standard and is suitable for families, solo travelers, and couples. Everyone was very attentive. Didn't get her name but I reported a minor issue, she didn't call maintenance she troubleshoot and sorted the problem. Again thank you housekeeping. Overall, cleaniness, hospitality, food, comfort, and value for money are 10/10. Any issues just say it and it's sorted. Overall, I stayed at 5 hotels and Cardiff twice...

Toby’s Resort offers rooms with a private balcony featuring either poolside or garden views. This resort features 2 outdoor salt water pools. Amazing time at Toby’s. Very accommodating and welcoming. Big spacious room. Very clean pool. Delicious food. Can’t wait to return.

It has a cool south beach feel to it with the open air reception area and modern caribbean chic decor. U enter and instantly feel like you’re on vacation with the bar off the right and all the staff is so pleasant

Situated in Montego Bay, 500 metres from Doctor's Cave Beach, Hotel Grand A View features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. I noted the staff to be most courteous. Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and return with family and friends.

Situated in Montego Bay, this ocean front property is 2 minutes’ walk from Public Beach and offers facilities with terraces, gardens, and services such as fishing, diving and canoeing, all for a fee. The hotel pleasantly surprises inside, surpassing its exterior. Our spacious room featured a large TV and was sparkling clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be more convenient, with Doctors Cave Beach and Starbucks just across the road, and everything else within a short walk, including a new beach park. Note that there's no elevator to 3rd-floor rooms, but ground-level rooms are available. Room amenities include a fridge, hairdryer, microwave, and coffee maker, although coffee isn't provided. Great value!

Located across the street from the white sands of Walter Fletcher Beach, this Montego Bay hotel features Robin’s Prime Steakhouse and the Body Bliss spa. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms. I like this Hotel a lot because they have an Altamont Hotel in Kingston Jamaica too ! I live 47 years in Jamaica !

We gave Evelin a quick call and she answered right away and guided us to her location. There is a restaurant on site. She offers complimentary continental breakfast. We asked for an upgrade to a traditional Jamaican breakfast of callaloo and ackee & saltfish. She gladly accommodated this request. It was very delicious!! The place is peaceful and clean. The rush of the waves was great. Evelin's place has an authentic and natural feel right by the beach. Evelin is most pleasant and accommodating. She offered best in class top notch customer service.
