This very nice hotel is superbly located in the beautiful Valley d’Aosta. Not only the view over then alley and the snowy Alps is astonishing, this family (since several generations) owned hotel is a place where you feel very welcome. The room as well as the entire hotel was super clean. The interior is decorated in a warm and classful style. We had dinner there, and when you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed by the entire staff. On a Sunday evening, it was fully booked, with tables decorated with a lot of taste, and with room in between, to have enough privacy. The menu and the food were top and we followed the advice of the host for the selection of a local wine. A special note with regard to the desert, the red wine icecream with black chocolate crumble, is for sure part of the many reasons why we would return to Monte Emilius.

Location is good, just next to a bus stop even it is every one hour down to downtown street. Bathroom facilities are clean and in good maintenance even the room carpet is a little bit “historical “. A welcome drink at front desk when checking save our exhausted body after a long hiking.

Admire views of the surrounding mountains from this elegant 3-star hotel. Bijou Hotel is set in a peaceful position in the square of a pedestrian area of the historic centre of Saint-Vincent. Very central, close to public parking, plenty of restaurants around (I advise to dine at the Petit Bijou, just inside the hotel). Good Italian style breakfast with ham, salami and cheese options too. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, with breathtaking views of the mountains around from the windows. The hotel is classy, in line with the place, not some heartless modern hotel.

Hotel Relais Des Glaciers - Adults Only is in the centre of Champoluc, right next to a bus stop and 5 minutes from the ski area. It offers a spa, Wi-Fi internet and free parking. Better than we were expecting :) The service is excellent, professional, familiar and cozy. The place and rooms are quite clean, comfortable and new. Don't be fooled by the decor reminiscent of traditional assembly huts. It looks younger in real life than it does in pictures. The breakfast is excellent with local ingredients and dishes!!
