Hotel Mea is 500 metres from the port in the centre of Lipari. It offers an Aeolian restaurant, and a sea-view swimming pool with hydromassage jets. The hotel was perfectly situated - close to the port for ferries to other islands and the mainland but far enough away that it was tranquil and peaceful. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was stunning - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated with a lovely pool and garden. The staff were amazing - helpful, polite and friendly. My hotel room was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything I could possibly need. It also had a verandah with an amazing view. Breakfast was wonderful and lunch and dinners are also available should you require them. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I felt like a princess! I will definitely be returning there next year.

Located on a hill in Lipari, this boutique hotel enjoys views of the Mediterranean Sea from its pool and furnished terraces. Its grounds extend over 30,000 m² of fruit trees and flowers. The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay, when we were due to arrive in Lipari they contacted us to arrange taxi shuttle from the port to the hotel. Throughout the whole stay they were very helpful and attentive - they suggested activities for us to do and were happy to organise them as well as arranging transport for us for dinner and to the port for our return journey home. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean and more than big enough for 2 people. The outside pool was also very nice and had a great view over Lipari. The breakfast at the hotel was also good. The restaurant that they recommended (Chimera) was the best place we ate all holiday and the hotel even gave us a discount to eat there. The food was tasty, the service was excellent, the outside seating area was stunning and there was even somebody playing the piano whilst we ate (who was also fantastic).

The staff was excellent and could not be more friendly and helpful, especially Giuditta who worked at reception. She answered all of our questions and made any arrangements we needed.

Very well placed around Piazza San Cristoforo, Canneto, 15 minutes ride from Lipari historical centre, this small boutique hotel it’s placed inside a beautiful typical aeolian house two steps from the beach. Everything it’s clean, quiet and comfortable. Francesca picked us up at the port and brought us to the hotel and back, service included in the rate. Breakfast is very good with an assortment of parties and salty things. The overall experience was super chill and welcoming. Super recommended.
