There was a large outdoor balcony and the bathroom was a good size and all was very comfortable. The Spa and upper terrace area was fantastic! Nice pool and sauna and relax area. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. So many choices alla buffet and in addition even had a menu to chose other items made to order. Compliments! Very nice

Odlična lokacija za boravak s djecom. Apartman je čist i udoban. Pogled na planine je divan. U blizini apartmana je dućan, restoran i žičara koja vodi na vrh Piz La Ila sa odličnim dječijim igralištem. U blizini apartmana je i staza koja vodi do prekrasnog jezara. Cca 20 tak minuta pješačenja. Lijepo mjesto za piknik. Lokacija je odlična i za obilazak najpoznatijih atrakcija na Dolomitima. Nisu jako udaljenje.

Renovated, with amazing infinity pool
A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!
Great facilities and well thought architectural layout making the most of the stunning surrounding landscape. The views from the restaurant and the swimming pool, as well as the room itself were stellar. Fantastic stuff, very genuinely caring and friendly.
Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. What is not to love about Rio Stava? Literally nothing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed omg, I’ve never slept so soundly as I did in Rio Stava. The food is amazing, I really recommend going for the full board. The menu changes every night, you get a few options to choose from for primi, secondi and dolci and they’re all so good it’s hard to choose. Location is great, the views are beautiful and the spa is fantastic! I got a face treatment and my husband a massage and both were great. Most people come here with their kids, it’s mostly a family resort and I could see that the hotel is super prepared to receive and care for kids, so would recommend if that’s your case. My husband and I came just the two of us and it was perfect for a couple, we had a very relaxing time, so don’t feel like it’s only for families. And the staff deserves their own paragraph. Every single person working at Rio Stava is so friendly, helpful, professional, always offering to help and make your stay pleasurable. They just made our stay even better! We will definitely come back!

Morden decoration with a good view to see the mountain. Only 15 mins away from Ortisei by bus. And offer a one week free ticket for bus tour in whole Bolzano city, and a mug cup as gift, wonderful experience for customer.
