Very nice rooms and common area, and the property is super beautiful, just restored, with indoor parking space as well as outdoors. The view is also wonderful. Staff is very friendly and available at pretty much all times via Whatsapp if not on the property (at night). Breakfast is also very good. They were kind to give us the possibility of early check-in and late check-out (although this is based on availability of course).

We highly recommend it to everyone because we received excellent service and care. The rooms are very clean and very cozy. A wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We really liked the breakfasts, all the products are very tasty and fresh. Also great coffee. We highly recommend the pizzeria to everyone, where you can have dinner in the evening. The pizzas are very tasty, the menu is very varied. We noticed that the pizzeria is quite popular, as many customers order takeaway. Also a wide selection of different drinks. The location of the hotel is also very good. Not far from several ski lifts, nearby cycling and hiking trails. The owners kindly provided route maps and a discount card for the ski lifts upon check-in. We thank the owners and all the staff for a wonderful stay!

The quad room was perfect for our family of four, and the bathroom was spacious. We loved the location of Il Faita and ate almost every meal at the restaurant. I needed a place to spend the night and did not require a nice town for the evening. This is on passo Tonale, which means it's in a Skiresort. But, despite the summer season, there were plenty of people (Hiker, bicycles, climbers). I got a small appartment with beds for 4, large bathroom and a small kitchen. I only needed the bed... The price was unbeatable and included breakfast and dinner. Good quality and plenty quantity. The staff was very nice and attentive. No request was too much. For me, the perfect place to spend the night, during a mountain roadtrip.

The location is just perfect. I really appreciated the ability to park the car for free on the property. Breakfast is absolutely great (mind though the restaurant is not open for dinner). The slopes are within walking distance, and when you're done you can access the ski room directly from the road, plus there's a nice rack to dry your wet ski boots on. But the really inimitable part are the owners, they are really going out of their way to make your stay perfect.
