I ate before I arrived because I was unsure what food was available but there is a small menu that would have been sufficient for me. The breakfast provided was lovely. As many other reviews have mentioned, Bernat, the manager is wonderful. He really looks after his guests and he provides generouse, attentive and friendly service and brilliant information.

We literally booked 1 hour before arrival and the staff were informed of our arrival and checkin was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable with a great view, and we really enjoyed the outside hot springs even when the evening was freezing.

Amazing location, couldn't believe I can see waterfall from the room. Went to Skogafoss at 7am and were completely alone. Staff was supef friendly, check in and check out was very quick. Breakfast was quite good.
