There are many things which I like about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is very scenic, reminding me of Austria and Switzerland. Their services are speedy and the staff are generous and helpful. We arrived quite late at midnight and forgot to bring baby milk but on request to the staff, they arranged it even though the restaurant was closed. The best part I liked about the hotel was the food. We stayed for 5 days and on each day they had something new on the breakfast menu. The food was overall very delicious. The swimming pools are well maintained. You will definitely enjoy the view from the infinity pool. And with the family and baby, we also had a great time in the indoor activity area. The location is also very good, quite close to the main attractions.

Set in Chinnakanal, 34 km from Munnar Tea Museum, Avadale Munnar (Stag Groups Not Allowed) offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Calm and serene, awesome food and amazing staff. We had a lovely stay at Avadale Munnar, there was 8 of us including a child and it was everything we could ask for. We wanted a little time for ourselves during our holiday and it was well catered for. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The manager did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

Located among lush green farming lands of cardamom and black pepper, it’s a location which doesn’t show anywhere unless you google for it. Staff especially shiju was amazing warm and hospitable. No stay is worth the money if food is not good, here it was a sheer culinary delight. One hidden special facility was that of a naturopathy doctor who was extremely professional and helped to ease a lot of chronic pain. Dr Gloria Abraham was amazingly skilful with acupuncture
