Amazing and peaceful place. Rooms were neat and clean with an amazing view from the balcony attached. All amenities like warm water and heater were available. The hosts were very friendly and co-operative. Bonfire night was fun! The food at the property was amazing too! Overall an amazing ambience of the place. Would definitely stay at the property again! Highly recommend to stay here with your friends/family.

Located in Dharamshala, Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala features an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The staff at Radisson Dharamshala is excellent and always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing views of the valley and is spread out enough that you can take some walks in the nice weather. The pool area is definitely the jewel of the place and you can spend hours relaxing by it while enjoying the nice views. The bar is good as well. My wife and I enjoyed a few cocktails in the evenings and the staff was kind enough to bring us a small plate of food for our toddler free of charge. The food is on point. We tried the in room dining option twice and the service was great both times. The Italian restaurant was quite good and the Bohri Biriyani from the regular Indian selection is a must try. We were traveling with a toddler and he enjoyed the open air play area as well as the indoor play room.

We had a great scenic drive from Chandigarh to arrive at a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are all so wonderful and helpful , nothing is a bother and they truly put the the well being and comfort of customers as top priority. We talked to the GM , Sumit , and his philosophy on customer care was totally taken onboard by his staff , and in fact the staff were actually singing his praises of how much he cared for them as well. The food and beverages manager Rajreise was just such a great guy and lavished so much care and attention not only on our dining experience but also any other needs to make our vacation an experience. All staff were excellent but the girls in the dining area really made us felt welcome and at home, Aarushi and Aakansha were fantastic, they were management trainees but with their approach and attention to customers, they will surely go far within the hospitality industry . All in all , an experience of a lifetime which has made us wanting to visit more Oberoi hotels worldwide and have many more. I would just like to give a big thanks to Sumit and his great team for giving my wife and I such a wonderful time.

Situated in Chaura Maidan, Shimla - 7000 feet up in the Himalayas, The Oberoi Cecil offers luxury accommodation along with an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and 3 dining options. The room was on the sunny side looking over the valley. This combined with exceptional service from the whole team at Oberoi Cecil gave us a memorable stay in a lovely hill station.
