I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our comfort. What stood out even more was the involvement of the hotel owner, who frequently greeted guests and took the time to ask if we needed anything or had any feedback about our stay. This personal touch made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Irbid city center and Prince Hassan Street, where a wide variety of restaurants and cafes await. Additionally, the hotel features a lovely coffee shop where we enjoyed refreshing fresh juices. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
