The host meet us in the pub and carried up our suitcases to the 2 floor, it was not somthing advertised but did it out of kindness/ hospetalety. The room was big and really nice, the bathroom was in the same standard. In the room was a selection of tea, coffy, milk, sugger and 2 bottles of water. The bed was big and comfy. And the windows was alreadt open when we got there so the room was nice and chilled

The lake a river views from the Apartments are also gorgeous, we found all the people in Lanesborough extremely friendly.

Situated in Longford, 22 km from Clonalis House and 31 km from Roscommon Museum, Tranquility features city views and free WiFi. Location was brilliant. Host Gerry was very informative. The apartment was lovely with Gerry providing a welcome pack which was nice gesture. Our only downside was we couldn't fit that lovely rocking chair into vehicle to take home with us lol. A beautiful property with luxury modern rooms. The bedroom and bath were stunning! The breakfast was a culinary delight with multiple options expertly prepared by our host Matt. Communications prior to our arrival were swift and efficient. Matt provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining, interesting walks and suggestions for genealogical research in the area.
