Hotell – Muckross i Killarney
The luxurious 5-star Muckross Park Hotel and Spa is located in Killarney's National Park. What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Thank you all so much!

Nestled on the shores of Loch Lein, The Lake Hotel has magnificent mountain views. Just 2km from Killarney, a restaurant and the hotel has en suite rooms. Everything was perfect. The staff were super nice. Breakfast was great. The room was big, roomy, comfortable and very clean. I took a room with lake view which was like waking up inside a postcard... and it had a Jacuzzi too!

This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival

Newly renovated rooms. Very nice. Amazingly comfortable beds. We didn’t eat there, but restaurant and pub on site, other pubs nearby.

McMunns of Ballybunion has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Ballybunion. The property is around 33 km from Siamsa Tire Theatre, 33 km from Kerry County Museum and 37 km from Tralee Golf... The room was spacious, quiet and had an excellent view of the coast. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the outdoor balcony area. The shower was large with great water pressure and steady temperature. The bed and bedding was comfortable. It was convenient to have the bar and restaurant on-site. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very good. The location was very near the beach and we really enjoyed walking from the hotel to the beach to explore the area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking on the street near the hotel was plentiful and easy.
